Enterprise GP Holdings is one of the largest publicly traded GP partnerships with an enterprise value of more than $6 billion. It owns the general partner and limited partner interests in Enterprise Products Partners L.P., TEPPCO Partners, L.P. and Energy Transfer Equity, L.P.

The current business of Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. is the ownership of general and limited partner interests of publicly traded partnerships engaged in the midstream energy industry and related businesses. Currently, investments are held in Enterprise Products Partners, L.P., TEPPCO Partners, L.P., Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. and their respective general partners.

Enterprise Products Partners is a publicly traded North American midstream energy company providing a wide range of services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, and certain petrochemicals. In addition, Enterprise Products Partners is an industry leader in the development of pipeline an dother midstream energy infrastructure in the continental United States and Gulf of Mexico. Enterprise Products Partners is listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “EPD”.

TEPPCO is a publicly traded North American midstream energy company that owns and operates (i) refined products, liquefied petroleum gas, petrochemical and NGL pipelines; (ii) natural gas gathering systems; and (iii) a marine transportation system. In addition, TEPPCO is engaged in the transportation, storage, gathering and marketing of crude oil. TEPPCO is listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “TPP”.

Enterprise GP Holdings holds approximately 39 million common units of Energy Transfer Equity and owns approximately 34.9% of its general partner. Energy Transfer Equity is listed on the NYSE under the symbol “ETE”.

We were formed in April 2005. The chart in the link below depicts our and our affiliates’ simplified organizational and ownership structure after giving effect to our initial public offering (and based on the ownership of Enterprise Products Partners at July 31, 2005).

2007

April 2007, increased the current quarterly cash distribution rate to partners to $0.365 per common unit, a 4.3% increase over the $0.35 per unit quarterly distribution paid with respect to the fourth quarter of 2006.

January 2007, increased the current quarterly cash distribution rate to partners to $0.35 per common unit, a 4.5% increase over the $0.335 per unit quarterly distribution paid with respect to the third quarter of 2006.

November 2006, announced the election of Thurmon Andress to the Board of Directors and to the Audit, Conflicts and Governance Committee.

October 2006, announced the election of Rex Ross and Charles M. (Charlie) Rampacek to its Board of Directors effective October 2006.

October 2006, increased the current quarterly cash distribution rate to partners to $0.335 per common unit, an 8.1% increase over the $0.31 per unit quarterly distribution paid with respect to the second quarter of 2006.

July 2006, increased the current quarterly cash distribution rate to partners to $0.31 per common unit, a 5.1% increase over the $0.295 per unit quarterly distribution paid with respect to the first quarter of 2006
